Headed south down the coast today.<\/p>\n

Did two swims; the first of 2km, the second of 3.5km.<\/p>\n

The weather has taken a turn for the worse; was heavy rain and a little thunder at lunchtime. Much windier this afternoon – a rather interesting boat trip back to the hotel.<\/p>\n

Had a little wander round most of the island after we got back – it’s only about 1\/2 a mile long.<\/p>\n

My (old and with knackered battery) waterproof mobile turned out not to be, so not many pictures today (or for the rest of the week unless it dries out)<\/p>\n
